The standardized operation of industrial machinery and equipment is the core of ensuring orderly production and avoiding operational risks. Before starting up the equipment, the operator needs to complete a basic inspection to verify the integrity of the equipment wiring, vacuum adsorption system, and head transmission structure. Only after confirming that there are no issues such as aging wiring, component jamming, or insufficient suction, can the equipment be turned on. At the same time, it is necessary to clean up the debris around the workbench, reserve sufficient working space, and prohibit the stacking of tools and materials in the equipment operation area to avoid affecting the normal operation of the machine head. After the equipment is started, a no-load trial run is required to check whether the dual head movement is smooth and whether the parameter instructions respond accurately.

During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands or tools into the operating area of the machine head, and it is forbidden to modify the core parameters of the system or dismantle the protective structure of the equipment without authorization. When encountering abnormal situations such as paper jams, movement, and abnormal noises, the equipment should be immediately paused and the standby body should be completely stationary before troubleshooting. It is forbidden to operate the equipment with faults. After completing daily assignments, it is necessary to turn off the power and gas sources of the equipment in a standardized manner, clean the equipment and tidy up the site. Strictly adhering to safety operation regulations can not only avoid safety hazards, but also effectively maintain equipment processing accuracy, extend equipment service life, and ensure stable daily production.
