The cutting blade is the core processing consumable, and different materials need to be matched with corresponding blade specifications. For processing lightweight materials such as paper and adhesive, conventional sharp knives can be used; For hard or thick materials such as leather, foam, and thick cardboard, thick and wear-resistant cutting heads should be selected to avoid cutting jams and rough edges. After long-term use, if the cutting head is worn or passivated, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner to prevent problems such as incomplete cutting and uneven half cutting depth, which may affect the quality of the finished product.

The cutting pad will have grooves and scratches when cut by the blade for a long time, and excessive wear will cause uneven material stress, affecting cutting accuracy. It needs to be replaced regularly according to the frequency of use. Long term dust accumulation on the vacuum filter will reduce the adsorption force of the table and cause material displacement.
