Before turning on the equipment, the operator needs to complete basic inspection work, confirm that the workbench is free of debris, the cutting head and nozzle are in good condition, check whether the wiring and air circuit connections are normal, and confirm that the emergency stop switch and safety sensing device are sensitive and effective. At the same time, the processing parameters shall be debugged in advance, and the drawing procedures shall be checked to avoid processing failure or equipment loss caused by parameter setting errors.

During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to insert their hands or tools into the work area, and it is forbidden to modify system parameters or remove safety protection devices without authorization. When the dual head machine is running at high speed, it is necessary to observe the equipment's operating status in real time. If there are abnormal situations such as abnormal noises, lagging, alarms, etc., the emergency stop button should be pressed as soon as possible to stop the machine and troubleshoot. Forced operation with faults is prohibited.

After completing the homework, it is necessary to promptly turn off the power and gas sources of the equipment, clean the cutting residue and dust on the workbench, and do a good job in equipment cleaning. At the same time, keep good homework records and regularly check the status of safety protection accessories. Strictly following the operating standards can not only avoid safety hazards, but also reduce the occurrence rate of equipment failures, extend the service life of equipment, and ensure the orderly development of workshop production.
