The Longmen dual head intelligent cutting machine belongs to high-precision CNC equipment. Long term continuous start stop operation may cause problems such as wear, dust accumulation, and aging of the circuit. Regular daily maintenance can stabilize machining accuracy, extend the service life of the whole machine, and reduce the frequency of failures and shutdowns. Below are the practical points of phased maintenance, which are convenient for workshop operation and maintenance personnel to implement.
Carry out basic cleaning work after daily shutdown, clean the cutting residue and dust debris on the workbench, wipe the debris on the surface of the gantry crossbeam guide rail, check for wear and blockage of the two cutting head nozzles and cutting heads, and promptly clean up the blockage or replace worn parts; Check if there is any compression or damage to the outer skin of the trachea and cables, and if there is any air leakage or looseness at the joint position. Confirm that the emergency stop button and sensing sensor are responsive to avoid abnormal operation when starting up the next day.
Carry out weekly special inspections of the transmission system, add suitable lubricating grease to the rack, gear, and linear guide rail to ensure smooth movement and reduce abnormal noise and wear during operation; Calibrate the distance between the dual heads and the positioning origin, verify the repeated positioning values, and avoid long-term deviation that may cause dimensional deviation of the workpiece; Clean up the waste from the built-in dust removal box of the equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the exhaust and dust removal system. Excessive dust accumulation can affect the optical path and blade operating environment, increasing the probability of failure.
Conduct monthly in-depth inspections of the entire machine structure, checking for any looseness in the bed foundation bolts and crossbeam fixing fasteners, and promptly tightening and reinforcing them; Sort out the redundant programs stored inside the CNC system, backup commonly used machining drawings, check the operation status of the cooling fan, and prevent the control cabinet from accumulating heat and getting stuck; Test the operation status of two dual head switching modes, investigate potential hazards such as synchronous and asynchronous switching lag, and asynchronous movement, and promptly adjust and debug any minor issues found.
At the same time, it is necessary to standardize operating habits, avoid forced processing of oversized thickness plates, set reasonable start stop speeds, and reduce head impact and overload operation. Systematic maintenance can not only reduce maintenance expenses, but also continuously ensure the stability of cut products, reduce the output of defective products, and maintain normal and orderly production in the workshop.
