The flat dual head intelligent cutting machine has strong material compatibility and can handle sheet materials of various thicknesses and properties. For UV printed products, with the help of visual edge positioning function, precise die-cutting is carried out along the printing contour, and the cutting edge is flat, making it less prone to tearing or wrinkling problems.

In the field of packaging sampling, the equipment can process gray board, corrugated paper, and packaging box cardboard. One blade can complete the full cutting of the contour, while the other blade can simultaneously complete the creasing and embossing, producing gift box and color box samples in one go, eliminating the need for secondary indentation processing steps in the later stage and shortening the sample trial production cycle. The device supports custom cutting pressure parameters, and operators can adjust the parameters according to the softness, hardness, and thickness of the material to meet the requirements of new product samples.
