Reasonable maintenance can effectively extend the service life of the equipment, continuously ensure the stability of cutting and processing, and reduce the probability of production failures and shutdowns. Optical components are the core of accurate device recognition. It is necessary to regularly clean industrial cameras, fill lights, and workbench transparent panels to avoid dust and material debris blocking the lens, causing image recognition blur and positioning deviation. When cleaning, a soft and dust-free cloth should be used to gently wipe the lens coating to avoid hard objects scratching it. At the same time, the equipment operating environment should be kept clean and tidy to reduce the accumulation of dust that affects imaging accuracy.

Mechanical transmission components need to be regularly inspected, with a focus on checking the operating status of the guide rail, transmission belt, and cutting blade. Any debris on the guide rail should be cleaned in a timely manner, and special lubricating oil should be added regularly according to the equipment instructions to ensure smooth transmission and prevent problems such as jamming and deviation. The blade head is a vulnerable component that needs to be regularly inspected for wear and replaced according to processing frequency to prevent cutting burrs, incomplete cutting, and other situations.

In addition, it is necessary to maintain the circuit system, regularly check whether the line interfaces are loose, maintain good ventilation and heat dissipation of the equipment, and avoid overheating caused by long-term high load operation. At the same time, standardize the equipment on/off process, clean the workbench in a timely manner after processing, turn off the power, and ensure dust protection for the equipment. Systematic daily maintenance can maximize equipment operation status, stabilize production rhythm, and reduce equipment maintenance costs.
