Visual recognition intelligent cutting machine is an automated processing equipment that integrates industrial cameras, image algorithms, and cutting execution mechanisms, achieving intelligent upgrades for traditional cutting processes. The equipment is equipped with a high-definition industrial camera module as a visual acquisition unit. Before cutting, the material placed on the workbench is fully photographed, and image information such as patterns, contours, and positioning marks on the surface of fabrics, boards, and accessories are collected and transmitted to the supporting control system for processing.
The system relies on contour extraction and deformation matching algorithms to automatically outline the processing boundary, autonomously plan the optimal cutting path, and synchronously issue motion instructions to the cutting execution components, without the need for manual line drawing, alignment, and measurement operations throughout the process. In response to the characteristics of elastic fabrics and flexible leather that are prone to stretching and deformation, the visual system can capture deformation deviations in real time, dynamically correct cutting trajectories, offset positioning errors caused by material placement skewness and stretching, and ensure that cutting lines fit the edges of the pattern.
The entire operation process is divided into four steps: image acquisition, contour analysis, path generation, and automatic cutting. Some models are equipped with automatic feeding structures, and after cutting is completed, the raw materials are automatically transported to achieve continuous cyclic processing. Different from the traditional fixed coordinate cutting mode of equipment, the visual recognition mode has the ability to make independent judgments. Material placement does not require strict alignment with the reference edge, and processing can be started after placement, simplifying the pre preparation process. This set of software and hardware collaborative operating logic has also become the core foundation for the device to adapt to various types of irregular processing, such as flexible materials, thin auxiliary materials, printed products, and other cutting scenarios.
